The Mes\u00f3n del Aceite de Bulbuente<\/strong> has been the winner of the Best Traditional Roast Veal of Arag\u00f3n 2023<\/strong>. The star dish in Arag\u00f3n is roast veal and the Regulatory Council of the PGI Ternasco de Arag\u00f3n has awarded the Mes\u00f3n del Aceite de Bulbuente among the 67 that the 50 establishments participating in this edition have presented. <\/p>\n

Congratulations to our friends of El Mes\u00f3n del Aceite, when you visit us at Castillo de Bulbuente do not hesitate to go to Mes\u00f3n del Aceite to taste this wonderful traditional dish.<\/p>\n

The jury chose the Mes\u00f3n del Aceite, in Bulbuente, for its \u201cPaletilla de Ternasco de Arag\u00f3n IGP roasted in a wood-fired oven with baked potatoes\u201d as the Best Traditional Roast Veal 2023. Its owner, Carlos Romanos, received the prestigious award from the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment of the Government of Arag\u00f3n, Joaqu\u00edn Olona. <\/p>\n

In this traditional category, prizes were also awarded to the best in each province: Trasiego, from Barbastro, in the province of Huesca; Mas\u00eda La Torre, from Mora de Rubielos, in the province of Teruel; and El Fuelle, from the Aragonese capital, in the province of Zaragoza. All of them also offer oven-roasted Ternasco de Arag\u00f3n shoulder with baked potatoes. <\/p>\n

The Aragonia Restaurant of the Hotel Palafox, Zaragoza, also received this special mention for its \u201cCilindro de paletilla deshuesada a baja temperatura y rustida al horno\u201d and finally, El Palco de las Esquinas, Zaragoza, for its \u201cPaletilla asada y deshuesada a baja temperatura con cremoso de zanahoria, miel, comino y micro brotes\u201d (roasted and boneless shoulder with carrot cream, honey, cumin and micro sprouts).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
